When you will be charged?

Your card will be pre-authorized at checkout for the amount of the item.

How soon will your item(s) ship? 

Your order should ship within 5 days of processing your order. Order processing occurs the same day if received before 2 pm PST.

When will you receive a tracking number?

Once the item has left the warehouse then you will receive the tracking number.

Where can I check the tracking information for my order?

You can check the status of delivery from our order tracking portal.

What does Free Liftgate Service Include for Home Standby Units? 

Lift gate service consists of the freight company delivering to your address and lowering your generator to the ground with a hydraulic lift. The customer will be responsible from moving it from the curb to the final location.

What to do if you want order updates?

What happens if the item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, we encourage you to refuse the order if possible and send us an email to returns@mightygenerators.com regarding the damage. If you are unable to see the damage until you open the item then we recommend taking pictures of the box and damaged item. We will then ask you to request an RMA of the item using the returns@mightygenerators.com email. Please include your name, email, and order number with the pictures. We will send you a return label for the item so that you can have it returned. Once the damaged item is returned and inspected, we will send you a new item. NOTE: we cannot authorize a return of item once it has been gassed and/or oiled. At that time we will direct you to an authorized service center for the item to have it fixed under manufacturer warranty.

What happens if you do not like the item?

If you do not like the item, you have 30 days to return it from the date of purchase. All returns of items must include all parts, manuals, and be in original packaging to be accepted for returns. The item must be in resaleable condition. If the product has been gassed or oiled then we cannot process a return. If the item meets these criteria then email us at returns@mightygenerators.com to initiate an RMA. You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with items you are returning due to changing your mind. Once we receive the item, it will be inspected for the conditions above and if approved, you will receive the refund.

Are you an authorized dealer of the products on your site?

Yes, Mighty Generators is an authorized dealer for all the brands that we sell on our website. This means that you will receive FULL factory warranty on all items that we sell on MightyGenerators.com.

Because we are an authorized dealer for all of our products, you will receive the full factory warranty for the products that you purchase. We have some information on our site to help you with manufacturer's warranty, but also check the manufacturer's website to understand their specific warranty terms.
