When you call 1-888-775-9048 or any other phone number we publish, you're
greeted by MAX, our AI receptionist. Here's how that works:
What we capture:
- Text transcript of the conversation (generated in real-time)
- Conversation metadata: timestamp, duration, caller phone number, sentiment summary
- Any details you share with MAX: name, callback number, email, products discussed,
use case, order numbers
What we DON'T capture:
- Audio recordings — we do not store the actual voice audio of your call
- Personal info you didn't share with MAX
How we use it:
- Quality review and team training
- Routing your inquiry to the right team member for follow-up
- Maintaining records of your interactions with us (the same way an email exchange
would create a record)
- Improving MAX's responses over time
Retention: Transcripts are kept for 90 days, then automatically deleted unless
required for an active customer service case or legal obligation.
Do Not Contact: If you ask MAX to "remove me from your list," "stop calling,"
or anything similar, we mark your number as do-not-contact and suppress all
future outbound communication from us (calls, texts, marketing emails). You can
also email unsubscribe@mightygenerators.com at any time to opt out.
By calling us, you consent to the transcription and processing described above.
How We Use Your Data
