SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY
Please ensure the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of delay, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided.
A physical address is required. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
NOTE: We only ship to the contiguous 48 US States at this time which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We also do not ship outside the country.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Our goal is to process your order the same day if we receive the order before 2 PM PST.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order. We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive shipping confirmation from us within four business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at info@mightygenerators.com.
Shipping Times:
Our delivery lead times vary from 3 to 7 days, contingent upon your geographical proximity to the originating warehouse of the shipped item. NOTE: Not all items ship from the same warehouse and depending on the brand they can ship from different warehouses in the US.
