The Nature's Generator Power Pod is a second battery unit that adds 4800Wh to an existing Powerhouse system, roughly doubling your runtime. It also brings its own charging inputs, adding up to 2000W of solar and 1000W of wind capacity on top of what the Powerhouse already accepts. This bundle pairs the Power Pod with 440W rigid bifacial panels so you expand storage and harvest at the same time.

Both configurations add the same battery capacity. The difference is how quickly you refill it.
What The Power Pod Does
A Powerhouse on its own holds 4800Wh. Adding one Power Pod takes the system to 9600Wh, and the Powerhouse accepts up to five Power Pods for a maximum of 28.8kWh. The Pod stacks with the rest of the system, rolls on its own transport wheels, and connects through an included expansion cable.
Because the Pod carries its own solar and wind charge controllers, it raises your total input limits rather than just your storage. A Powerhouse alone accepts 2000W of solar and 1000W of wind. With one Power Pod attached, that becomes 4000W of solar and 2000W of wind.
Extended Runtime
An extra 4800Wh roughly doubles how long your essential circuits stay up. A refrigerator drawing 100 to 150W on average gains somewhere in the range of 30 to 45 additional hours from the Pod alone, and the added solar input shortens recharge windows during cloudy stretches so you spend less time waiting on the sun.

Compatibility
Built for the Nature's Generator Powerhouse platform. The Pod connects through the Powerhouse expansion port and integrates without tools. If you are running a whole-home setup through a transfer switch, that portion of the installation should be handled by a qualified electrician.
Mounting note: solar panel mounting hardware is sold separately. Each Nature's Generator Universal Solar Panel Mount kit holds two 440W panels, so the two-panel configuration needs one kit and the four-panel configuration needs two.

Can I add this to a Powerhouse I already own?
Yes. That is exactly what it is for. The Pod connects to the Powerhouse expansion port and the panels tie into the Pod's own solar input.
Can I buy the Power Pod without panels?
Nature's Generator sells the Pod as part of a panel bundle. Get in touch if you only need the battery and we will see what we can arrange.
How many Power Pods can I run?
Up to five on a single Powerhouse, for 28.8kWh of total storage.
Do I need an electrician?
Not to connect the Pod itself, which is a tool-free plug-in expansion. You do for transfer switch and whole-home panel wiring.
